0a608c0The NACE conference wrapped up on Wednesday with the “Culinary Experience of Trends and Techniques.” The elaborate four-course brunch featured four Phoenix-area chefs, who each prepared one of the courses live on stage. The charismatic chefs explained their techniques as they cooked live in front of the audience, making the event feel like an extended cooking segment from a live morning talk show. It was such a fun experience to see the chefs prepare the dish and then get to taste the dish moments later. It was such a fun concept!

Not only did attendees get to wear pajamas to the session and leave with a sleep mask as a favor, the brunch-themed décor added to the spirit of the event as well. From flowers spouting out of cereal-filled vases to table linens layered like bed sheets, the Culinary Experience was a creative take on brunch and a fun way to wrap up the conference.
