It is with a great deal and pride and excitement that we introduce your 2021 DFW NACE Board of Directors. Please take a moment to view the presentation through the link below and learn all about the event professionals that have committed to leading our chapter next year. We are encouraged and excited by both the returning veterans and new talent as we prepare for next year.  We are confident that their leadership and contributions will be considerable. 

As you can imagine, based on the current National pandemic it has been necessary to make some changes to our processes to include how we vote our board into office. It so happens that there are no contested races this year so, in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order, we can vote the board in “by acclaim”. Please join us next Wednesday, November 4 at 3:30 PM at the zoom link below where we will present the members and vote them into office “by acclaim”.

NACE Cooking with Kids

Date: October 7, 2020

Time: 6:30p

Location: Virtual Cooking Demonstration

We all know how easy it is to spend up to $100 at a restaurant in one meal. With this year’s Community Service Project, our goal is to teach kids at a young age who may be heading off to college, or into the workforce how to take care of themselves on a low budget. Chef Kevin Johnson & Chef Enjolik “Jolie” Bailey, will demonstrate how to cook a meal that costs less than $25, and can feed a family of 4 to 6, or a meal that could last them a week! 

We are partnering again this year with Project 16! For each sponsorship of $25, we will be able to purchase a student’s groceries to help them participate in this event. All NACE members are invited to join and cook along with us and their families as well!

NACE Virtual Town Hall

All NACE members are invited to attend the virtual Town Hall on August 20, 2020, at 5:00 PM Eastern. 

This annual event will provide an update from the NACE National Board and Foundation of NACE on the state of NACE including strategic initiatives, operating metrics, the ongoing response to Covid-19 and other topics of interest to members. Results from the 2020 NACE National Elections will also be announced.
