Ashley Scott serves as the North Texas and Central States Account Executive at AFR, bringing over 18 years of experience in client-facing sales roles. In 2018, as a seasoned professional, she began her journey as an Inside Sales Consultant, supporting multiple territories nationwide. In 2022, she was promoted to Account Executive, where she has continued the growth of top accounts throughout her territory.

Before joining AFR, Ashley held various leadership, sales management, and business coordination roles across diverse industries, including prominent fashion retailers and startup ventures. Her success is driven by her commitment to building strong client relationships, actively listening to their needs, and fostering long-lasting connections.

NACE has been an invaluable resource for Ashley, allowing her to connect with other event industry professionals and gain knowledge through its educational programs. In 2022, she became an active member of the NACE Membership Committee, and in 2023, she was nominated and inducted as Director of Membership. In this role, she has been dedicated to the growth of the Dallas chapter and regularly advocates for the benefits of NACE in her professional interactions. Ashley was also honored with the Rising Star award by the NACE DFW chapter in 2023.

In her free time, Ashley enjoys binge-watching Korean dramas, taking impromptu weekend trips with friends, cooking with her mom and sisters, decorating her home and spending quality time with her miniature poodle, George.
