LeeAnne Rogers

Awards Chair

I am a problem-solver and innovative self-starter, with a background in Writing, Editing, Event Planning, and Logistics Management. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in English. In 2015, I launched my college admissions coaching business, and my first student was admitted to Cal Tech. Since then, my students have been accepted to Harvard, Yale, Stanford, UPenn, Columbia, Brown, and many other top universities. Many of my students are accepted into honors programs and receive merit scholarships. I also assist with graduate school, law school, and medical school applications.

Before I started my coaching business, I was an award-winning event producer for more than a decade. I designed events for the Dallas Mavericks, Cook Children’s Health Foundation, Major League Baseball, The Pedro Martinez Foundation, Louis Vuitton, ESPN, In-N-Out Burger, Diana Ross, Modelo, LinkedIn, and Neiman Marcus, just to name a few, and produced weddings that have been nationally published. Because I’ve had two careers, I can truly help lead my students to pursue their talents and remind them it’s never too late to find what you were born to do.

I joined DFW NACE in 2014, and won my first National NACE award the same year. I then joined the Board at the Awards Chair the following year. I have also been a member of the Fundraising and Communications Committees. DFW NACE elevated my career in ways I could have never imagined. I’m delighted to rejoin the organization and Board as the 2025 Awards Chair.
